It is found that in IT industry most of the work is performed inside the office seating at a location for hours together. This leaves very less chance for body movements and exercise. Obviously, consultants gather weight over very short period of time. This increases cholesterol and increases chances of heart related diseases.                                  This is the best way of reducing fat. Exercise also helps in increasing the logetivity. It is also a    fountain of youth.

Liposuction is a surgical technique that improves the body's contour by removing excess fat from deposits located between the skin and muscle.   • Sweating

                                   It is very much necessary for the body to sweat. The reason is thet this is one of the bodies alternate mechanism to loose water and get rid of toxins.
